Leaving this snow behind us, and away we go - off to Nicaragua. The first part of this trip will find us spending Christmas on the Caribbean side, on a island called Big Corn. Rather than a turkey dinner on the 25th, we may just have to settle for lobster, oh hum, what a shame.
We will try to update when possible, however many areas that we are visiting, do not have hydro service but depend on generators - which reminds me, did I pack the flashlight and candles???????
